1. Premise
This section contains information on how to manage geoenergyeurope.com with reference to the processing of user data by geoenergyeurope.com. This information is also valid for the purposes of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003) for persons who interact with geoenergyeurope.com and can be reached at the corresponding address on the home page: geoenergyeurope.com.
The information is provided only for geoenergyeurope.com and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein.

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. Therefore:
• Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the execution of the contract is completed.
• Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is met. The User can obtain further.
Information on the legitimate interest pursued by the Owner in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.
When the processing is based on the consent of the User, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or an order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

5. Details on the processing of Personal Data
Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

Contact form. By filling out the contact form with their Data, the User consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other kind indicated by the form header.
Personal Data collected: name, surname, email address and telephone number.

Mailing list or newsletter. By registering with the mailing list or the newsletter, the User’s email address is automatically added to a list of contacts to which email messages containing information, including commercial and promotional information, relating to geoenergyeurope.com. The email address of the User could also be added to this list as a result of registration at geoenergyeurope.com or after making a purchase.
Personal Data collected: surname, email address and first name.

Microsoft Forms. It is a tool provided by Microsoft Corp. to create a form, such as a survey or quiz and invite others to respond to it. Microsoft form uses built-in analytics to evaluate responses, and export results to Excel for additional analysis or grading.

Mailchimp. The newsletter is managed on the MailChimp® platform, belonging to the company Rocket Science Group, LLC, which is based in the United States and adheres to the so-called “Safe Harbor” agreement, which imposes a level of protection of personal data equal to the required standards by the Privacy Authorities of the EU countries (http://safeharbor.export.gov/companyinfo.aspx?id=15818 ). The aforementioned company will process the data of the interested parties as autonomous Data Controller, in compliance with the aforementioned standards (see information at the link: http://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy ). For any doubt or clarification, the interested party can contact directly Rocket Science Group, LLC, Mailchimp Privacy Department, 512 Means St., Suite 404, Atlanta, Georgia 30318. Failure to consent to communication and transfer of data as detailed above will make it impossible to get the newsletter service.

Google Analytics (Google Inc.) Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of geoenergyeurope.com, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google. Google may use the Personal Data to contextualise and personalize the advertisements of its advertising network.
